GOLD EXPLORATION & MINING PROJECT

Minas Gerais, Brazil an Early-Stage Gold Exploration Opportunity in One of Brazil’s Most Established Mining Regions.

We are developing a gold exploration project located in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil — a region with a centuries-long history of gold mining and one of the most established geological and mining environments in the country.

The project is currently in its early exploration and development stage, with mining rights/concessions covering approximately [_] hectares in [municipality/region], Minas Gerais.

Our immediate objective is to obtain the necessary regulatory authorization to commence systematic field sampling and geological investigations within the concession area.

The purpose of this initial exploration program is to establish, through independent geological and laboratory analysis, the presence, distribution and concentration of gold within the licensed area.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Location: Minas Gerais, Brazil
Project Stage: Early-Stage Exploration
Mineral: Gold
Concession Area: [_] hectares
Mining Rights: [Type / ANM Process Numbers]
Current Phase: Regulatory approval & preparation for sampling
Next Milestone: Authorized geological sampling and laboratory analysis

At this stage, the project does not claim a defined mineral resource or reserve.

The objective is to generate the geological data required to determine the project's true potential and establish whether the area justifies advanced exploration and future development.

WHY MINAS GERAIS?

Minas Gerais is internationally recognized for its mineral wealth and long history of gold production.

The State contains the Quadrilátero Ferrífero, one of Brazil's most important mineral provinces and a historically significant gold-producing region.

For centuries, gold exploration and mining have taken place throughout Minas Gerais, creating an established mining ecosystem supported by geological expertise, skilled labor, infrastructure, processing facilities and specialized service providers.

The presence of major operating gold mines in the State further demonstrates the region's established geological and industrial potential.

Among the significant gold operations in Minas Gerais are:

- Paracatu Mine — one of Brazil's major gold operations.
- Cuiabá Mine — an established underground gold operation.
- Lamego Mine — another important underground gold operation in the State.
- Turmalina Mine — a significant gold operation located within the broader Iron Quadrangle region.
- Pilar Mine — another gold asset within Minas Gerais.

The existence of these operations provides important regional evidence of the State's established gold-bearing geology and mining infrastructure.

BRAZIL — AN ESTABLISHED GOLD PRODUCER

Brazil is an established global gold-producing jurisdiction.

According to Brazil's National Mining Agency (ANM), the country produced approximately 82.3 tonnes of gold in 2024.

This production comes from a combination of large-scale mining operations, gold associated with other mineral production and regulated smaller-scale mining activities.

Brazil therefore offers an established regulatory, technical and industrial environment for gold exploration and potential mine development.

For an exploration project, this creates an important advantage: access to an existing mining ecosystem rather than developing a project in a region without an established mining history.

OUR EXPLORATION STRATEGY

The project is being developed through a phased exploration strategy designed to progressively reduce geological and technical uncertainty.

PHASE 1 — REGULATORY & SITE PREPARATION

Completion of the required regulatory procedures and preparation for authorized field activities within the concession area.

PHASE 2 — SYSTEMATIC SAMPLING

Collection of representative geological samples from selected areas within the concession.

The sampling program will be designed to identify areas demonstrating elevated gold concentrations and potentially significant mineralization patterns.

PHASE 3 — LABORATORY ANALYSIS

Samples will undergo appropriate laboratory testing to establish gold concentrations and other relevant geological characteristics.

The results will be compiled and evaluated by qualified technical professionals.

PHASE 4 — GEOLOGICAL MAPPING & TARGET DEFINITION

Based on the initial results, areas demonstrating the strongest geological indicators can be selected for more detailed investigation.

Potential future work may include additional sampling, trenching, geophysical surveys and drilling.

PHASE 5 — RESOURCE DEFINITION

If exploration results justify continued investment, the project may progress toward systematic drilling and the definition of a mineral resource in accordance with applicable technical standards.

PHASE 6 — TECHNICAL & ECONOMIC EVALUATION

Only after sufficient geological information has been obtained can the project be evaluated in terms of potential mining methods, processing requirements, infrastructure, capital expenditure, operating costs and potential economic viability.

FROM GEOLOGICAL POTENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY

The central objective of the project is not simply to identify the presence of gold.

The objective is to determine whether the concession contains a sufficiently significant and economically recoverable gold deposit to justify the development of a commercial mining operation.

The initial exploration program is therefore critical.

The information generated from sampling and subsequent geological work will help answer several fundamental questions:

How much gold is present?

Where is the gold concentrated?

What are the grades and geological characteristics?

How continuous is the mineralization?

What mining method would potentially be appropriate?

What processing technology may be required?

What infrastructure would be necessary?

Can the project ultimately support an economically viable mining operation?

These questions will be answered progressively through geological evidence and technical analysis.

INVESTMENT THESIS

The project offers investors exposure to an early-stage gold exploration opportunity in Minas Gerais, a State with an established gold-mining history and significant existing mining infrastructure.

The investment opportunity is based on several fundamental factors:

1. ESTABLISHED GOLD REGION

The project is located in a State with a long history of gold exploration and production.

2. EXISTING MINING ECOSYSTEM

Minas Gerais has established mining infrastructure, technical expertise, processing capabilities and experienced service providers.

3. CONTROLLED EXPLORATION AREA

The project is supported by mining rights/concessions covering the targeted exploration area.

4. EARLY-STAGE UPSIDE

The project remains at an early exploration stage, meaning that the principal value-creation opportunity lies in the systematic evaluation and potential discovery of commercially significant mineralization.

5. DATA-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT

Future decisions will be based on geological sampling, laboratory results, technical studies and progressively more detailed exploration.

6. SCALABLE DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

Should exploration results demonstrate significant mineralization, the project could potentially progress through increasingly advanced stages of exploration, resource definition, feasibility assessment and ultimately mine development.

A DISCIPLINED APPROACH TO RISK

Gold exploration is inherently a high-risk, high-potential activity.

At the current stage, the quantity, grade and economic recoverability of gold within the project area have not yet been established.

We therefore do not present unverified estimates as proven reserves.

Instead, our strategy is to progressively convert geological uncertainty into measurable technical information.

Each stage of exploration is designed to provide additional information before significant capital is committed to subsequent stages.

This approach allows the project to advance according to evidence, technical results and regulatory requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The combination of:

Brazil's established gold industry

Minas Gerais' exceptional mining history

Existing mining rights

A defined exploration area

An upcoming systematic sampling program

and

the potential for further exploration and resource definition

creates an attractive platform for evaluating a new gold opportunity in one of Brazil's most established mining jurisdictions.

The immediate objective is clear:

«To establish, through systematic geological investigation, whether the concession contains a commercially significant gold deposit.»

The next phase of the project will provide the first substantial geological data required to determine its true potential.

BUILDING VALUE THROUGH DISCOVERY

Our vision is to develop the project through a professional, transparent and technically disciplined exploration process.

The project is not being presented on the basis of speculative gold quantities.

Its potential will be determined through geological evidence.

The first objective is therefore discovery and verification.

If the results demonstrate significant and continuous gold mineralization, the project may progress toward more advanced exploration and, subject to regulatory approvals and technical and economic feasibility, potential commercial development.
