DIAMONDS PROJECT

Diamond Exploration & Mining in Coromandel, Minas Gerais, Brazil
A Brazilian Diamond Project Built on History, Operations and Long-Term Development
Rosa Diam is an established diamond exploration and mining project located in Coromandel, Minas Gerais, Brazil, within one of the country's most historically significant diamond-producing regions.
The project is already underway and is supported by multiple mining rights and concessions, existing mining facilities, local infrastructure and an established management structure in Coromandel.
The development of Rosa Diam is financed through a combination of company resources and external private investment, supporting the continued development of its exploration, mining and operational activities.
Our objective is to build a modern and professionally managed diamond operation while combining the extraordinary geological heritage of Coromandel with responsible mining practices, local expertise and the continuous development of modern technologies.
COROMANDEL — A REGION OF EXCEPTIONAL DIAMONDS
Coromandel occupies a unique place in the history of Brazilian diamonds.
The municipality and surrounding region have produced some of the most remarkable diamonds ever discovered in Brazil.
In 1938, the famous Getúlio Vargas diamond, weighing approximately 727 carats, was discovered in Coromandel. It remains the largest diamond registered in Brazil.
More than eight decades later, in May 2025, another extraordinary rough diamond weighing 646.78 carats was officially registered in Coromandel. Brazil's National Mining Agency (ANM) identified the stone as the second-largest diamond ever registered in Brazil.
These discoveries are part of a much broader geological history that has established Coromandel and the surrounding Alto Paranaíba region as an important diamond-producing area.
Brazil's Geological Survey has conducted extensive geological studies of the region, including research into diamond-bearing deposits and primary geological sources associated with diamond occurrences.

OUR PRESENCE IN COROMANDEL
Local Headquarters
Rosa Diam maintains a permanent headquarters in Coromandel, Minas Gerais.
The local office provides an administrative and operational base for the project and enables the company to manage the day-to-day requirements associated with its mining activities.
It also facilitates direct communication and coordination with relevant Brazilian governmental and regulatory institutions, including the Agência Nacional de Mineração — ANM, Brazil's National Mining Agency.
ANM is the federal authority responsible for regulating and supervising mineral activities in Brazil, including mineral rights, exploration and mining operations and the regulatory framework applicable to rough diamonds.
Maintaining a local presence allows Rosa Diam to manage documentation, regulatory procedures, reporting, licensing and other governmental requirements directly from the region.
DIAMOND MINING METHODS
Different Deposits Require Different Approaches diamonds occur in different geological environments, and there is no single mining method suitable for every deposit.
The appropriate method depends on the geological characteristics, depth, size, grade, distribution of the diamonds, economics and environmental and regulatory conditions of each area.
Globally, diamond mining includes several principal methods.
ALLUVIAL MINING
Alluvial mining is one of the most historically important methods of diamond recovery.
Diamonds can be transported naturally from their original geological source by rivers and erosion and become concentrated in river gravels, ancient river channels, terraces and other sedimentary deposits.
The recovery process may involve excavation, washing, screening, concentration and final diamond recovery.
Alluvial deposits are particularly relevant to the history of diamond production in Coromandel, where river and sedimentary deposits have produced numerous significant diamonds.
OPEN-PIT MINING
Open-pit mining is generally used when diamond-bearing material is located sufficiently close to the surface and the size and characteristics of the deposit justify large-scale surface excavation.
The process may involve overburden removal, excavation, crushing, screening, processing and diamond recovery.
UNDERGROUND MINING
Underground mining can be used when diamond-bearing deposits extend to depths where continued surface excavation is no longer economically or technically appropriate.
Depending on the deposit, underground operations can involve shafts, decline ramps, tunnels, drilling, controlled blasting, transportation and specialized processing infrastructure.
ARTISANAL AND SMALL-SCALE MINING
Artisanal and small-scale mining is used in various diamond-producing regions around the world, particularly in areas containing alluvial deposits.
Operations can range from manual recovery methods to mechanized small-scale operations using pumps, excavators, screens and gravity-based concentration systems.
MARINE DIAMOND MINING
In certain parts of the world, diamonds transported toward coastal areas have accumulated in seabed sediments.
Specialized marine mining systems can recover diamond-bearing material from the seabed using vessels and specialized excavation and recovery equipment.
THE GEOLOGY DETERMINES THE METHOD
Rosa Diam does not assume that one mining method will be appropriate for every concession.
Our approach is to evaluate the geological characteristics of each area and determine the most appropriate exploration and mining strategy accordingly.
The development process may include:
Geological investigation
↓
Sampling and testing
↓
Diamond recovery analysis
↓
Evaluation of deposit characteristics
↓
Selection of appropriate mining technology
↓
Operational development
↓
Processing and recovery
↓
Diamond sorting and commercialization
This approach allows the company to adapt its operations to the specific characteristics of each concession.
DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF DIAMOND RECOVERY
Rosa Diam is also investing in the development of innovative technology designed to improve diamond identification during the mining and recovery process.
The company is currently developing an innovative technology designed to improve diamond identification during the mining and recovery process.
The technology remains under development as part of the company's ongoing commitment to operational innovation and efficiency.
Further information will be made available as the development program progresses.
TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The development of Rosa Diam is based on the combination of established mining knowledge and continuous operational improvement.
Our long-term approach is focused on improving the efficiency of exploration, extraction, processing and recovery while maintaining appropriate regulatory and operational standards.
The technology currently under development represents one element of this broader strategy.
Rather than treating innovation as a separate activity, Rosa Diam intends to integrate technological development into its existing mining operations as solutions mature and become commercially and operationally appropriate.
A LOCAL FOUNDATION FOR LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT
One of the project's key strengths is its established presence in Coromandel.
The combination of:
Mining rights
Existing facilities
Local headquarters
Operational infrastructure
Local knowledge
Financial resources
External private investment
and
Direct regulatory interaction
provides Rosa Diam with a foundation from which to continue developing its activities within the region.
Our local structure also enables the company to remain closely connected to the communities, service providers and regulatory environment in which the project operates.
RESPONSIBLE AND REGULATED MINING
Rosa Diam is committed to conducting its activities within the applicable Brazilian legal and regulatory framework.
Our approach takes into consideration:
- Regulatory compliance
- Environmental requirements
- Operational safety
- Responsible resource management
- Diamond traceability
- Appropriate documentation and reporting
- Long-term sustainability of the operation
Brazil maintains a regulated framework governing mineral activities and the commercialization and traceability of rough diamonds.
Rosa Diam works with the relevant Brazilian authorities and maintains its local administrative infrastructure to support compliance with applicable requirements.
A PROJECT ALREADY IN MOTION
Rosa Diam represents an ongoing diamond exploration and mining project in one of Brazil's most historically significant diamond regions.
The project is supported by an existing operational foundation and is financed through company resources and external private investment.
Our focus is on the continued development of our mining rights, operational capabilities, exploration activities and recovery processes, while progressively incorporating new technologies as they mature.
The project is not built solely around the history of Coromandel.
It is built around the opportunity to combine that history with modern operations, technical development and long-term commitment to the region.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to establish Rosa Diam as a modern Brazilian diamond operation, combining the extraordinary geological heritage of Coromandel with operational discipline, responsible mining and technological development.
Coromandel has already produced some of Brazil's most extraordinary diamonds.
Rosa Diam is building its own future in this remarkable region.
ROSA DIAM
A project already in motion.
A region defined by diamonds.
A local presence with established operations.
A commitment to responsible development.
And a vision for the future of diamond mining.
A LEGACY OF RARE COLORED DIAMONDS
Pink and Red Diamonds of Coromandel beyond the exceptional size of many diamonds discovered in the Coromandel region, the area is also recognized for the occurrence of rare fancy-color diamonds, particularly pink and red diamonds.
Scientific research on diamonds from the Coromandel region has documented the presence of pink diamonds and identifies the broader Triângulo Mineiro–Coromandel region as an important locality for naturally colored diamonds. Research has specifically noted that pink and red diamonds are among the characteristic fancy colors associated with the region.
The region has produced notable pink diamonds of gem quality. Historical industry records also document significant pink stones recovered from the Coromandel area, while the broader Abaeté River region has been associated with some of the important pink-to-red diamonds that have entered the international market.
This combination of exceptional size, gem quality and rare natural color contributes to the unique position of Coromandel within Brazil's diamond heritage.
For Rosa Diam, this history is particularly significant. Our project is located within the same broader geological region that has produced extraordinary diamonds for generations, including rare colored stones whose value can be fundamentally different from that of conventional colorless diamonds.
The potential occurrence of naturally colored diamonds adds another important dimension to the geological and commercial significance of the region and is one of the characteristics that makes Coromandel a particularly compelling area for continued diamond exploration and mining.
COROMANDEL
A region known not only for great diamonds — but for rare diamonds with exceptional color.
